Thanks to improvements in its fleet Wizz Air will be able to extend the number of routes. New 50 Airbuses A320 will be added to the current fleet of 24 planes, which are economy class airliners providing 180 seats. The entire order at Airbus by Wizz Air amounts to 132 planes. The planes are to be delivered between 2014 and March 2017.
Wizz Air currently operates from 11 bases in Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Ukraine, and serves 130 routes.
