Warsaw airport won't be shut completely

Management of the Chopin Airport has again changed its plans relating to renavation of runway crossing in September. This time the change should benefit the airlines using the airport. Airport operator decided that instead of shutting down the runway strip for three September weekends it will allow for flight operations on a shorter strip of 1,300 meters. The airport operator hopes the airlines will accept the alternative solution.
