Już 6 chętnych na LOT

Ministerstwo Skarbu ogłosiło, że zainteresowanie kupnem PLL LOT wyraziło już 6 oferentów. Do trójki wymienianej do tej pory dołączył jeszcze jeden inwestor finansowy oraz dwóch kolejnych branżowych. Prywatyzacja przewoźnika mogłaby nastąpić na przełomie 2010 i 2011 roku, jednak najpierw konieczna jest zmiana ustawy, która nie zezwala Skarbowi Państwa na pozbycie się więcej niż 50 proc. udziałów w LOT.

There are already six parties potentially interested in purchasing of LOT Polish Airlines. The group includes four aviation industry players and two financial firms. The Treasury Ministry is not revealing any further details. Privatization of the Polish flagship carrier is expected to take place not sooner than on the turn of 2010 and 2011. First the law has to be changed, however, in order to allow the state to sell over 50 percent of its stake in the airline. Currently LOT's shareholding structure includes the state (93%) and employees (7%).
