Polish plane hit by a duck


Only when exiting an Embraer of LOT Polish Airlines passengers did notice a 2-feet hole and traces of blood on the plane's fuselage. A wild duck collided with plane earlier during the flight, hitting its weather radar cover. It all happened on 7 thousand feet altitude during a flight between Milan and Warsaw. The plane - Embraer 170 - was carrying 70 people on board. Nobody was injured. Fuselage of plane was slightly damaged.
