Norwegian names its plane "Krakow"

Norwegian Air Shuttle has just given a name "Karkow" to one of 11 Boeings 737-300 in its fleet thus promoting its new Oslo-Krakow connection. It's the first case of naming any plane of the Norwegian low-cost carrier other than of a known Norwegian personality. One of them was named after famous writer Henrik Ibsen, and the other after the North-Pole explorer Roald Amundsen.

First 100 passengers that arrived in Krakow on Thursday, October 10, received traditional men's hats with peacock feather or a flower garland.
