Hungarian-American low cost Wizz Air, LOT Polish Airlines and German Lufthansa were last year's top air carriers according to a Pasazer.com website's survey.
Wizz Air got 25 % of votes in LCC category, followed by Polish LCC Centralwings (LOT's susidiary) with 18% and Norwegian.no with 13%. In traditional airline category LOT Polish Airlines triumphed with 31% of votes, trailed by Lufthansa (21%) and British Airways (17%).
Lufthansa fisnished on top of the ranking in the third category - business offer, leading BA and LOT. Gala took place at the Krakow airport on March 26.
Pasazer.com is a leading Polish website concentrated entirely on European commercial aviation, helping people to find cheap tickets and accommodation, providing them with the latest news from aviation business, like new routes to/from Poland, as well as airlines flights schedule.
